What is VIP Consigning?

  • Standard Consignor makes a 60% commission on their sales. As a VIP Consignor, you would make 30% of your sales. You will be charged a $15.00 VIP Consignor fee (taken out of your Consignor check – you don’t pay it up front).

  • If you want to Consign your nice items, but don't have time for consigning process, our VIP Program is your solution!

  • A VIP Processor will gather, prep, tag, enter, and deliver your items to our upcoming event! You'll still earn a Private Pre-Sale Pass.

  • Your items will be priced at 25-35% of retail.

Gather items, Launder/Clean, Check for working batteries. Sort like items bags/boxes that you do not want back.

ARE THERE ITEMS LIMITS?

Each consignor is limited to 250 items per consignor ID. Additional ID's are able to be created if needed. We do limit Maternity items to 25 hung items.

ARE THERE FEES?

The standard VIP fee is $15 per 250 items. We cannot accept items that soiled, stained or broken. Our processors will not be able to enter them, do not have the storage space and those items will be automatically donated. 1 13 gallon size trash bag will be housed as a bag of grace. Should items exceed that bag of grace, a $15 excessive sorting fee will be applied to your account. Items needing batteries will be replaced at $1 each charged to your account. 10 or more items that need cleaning will be charged a $10 cleaning fee charged to your account.

HOW DO I DELIVER MY ITEMS TO MY PROCESSOR?

Please use boxes or bags to deliver your items. Separated in like items groups. Clothing must be either flat or folded to minimize wrinkles, Otherwise they will be not accepted. Providing hangers for clothing is not required however it is an appreciated! Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned.

HOW DO I GET MY PRE-SALE SHOPPING PASS?

You will receive your shopping passes via email once your processor has completed your items.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ITEMS THAT DON'T SELL?

At the time of your processor collecting your items, you have the option to pick up items at our designated pick up day or elect to donate to our charity partners and foster families.

HOW DO I GET PAID?

Confirm that your email address is correct in your consignor account. E-Checks are issued by Deluxe Systems and will be issued to your email at the conclusion of the event and valid for 90 days.
