What is VIP Consigning?

• Standard Consignor makes a 60% commission on their sales. As a VIP Consignor, you would make 30% of your sales. You will be charged a $15.00 VIP Consignor fee (taken out of your Consignor check – you don’t pay it up front).


• If you want to Consign your nice items, but don't have time for consigning process, our VIP Program is your solution!


• A VIP Processor will gather, prep, tag, enter, and deliver your items to our upcoming event! You'll still earn a Private Pre-Sale Pass.


• Your items will be priced at 25-35% of retail.

Acceptable Items

Moms love baby gear, toys, books, maternity items, etc! * Car Seats must not be expiring within 6 months of sale date and very clean! *All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, less than 2-3 years old, and freshly laundered, odor free and pet hair free. Jeans and long sleeve dress shirts are ok! * If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together. *Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts. Shoes must be in very clean condition

ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT...

-Household appliances/cookbooks that are not child specific -Recalled items. -Battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function to its entirety. VHS Tapes. -Used underwear. -Food items of any kind, including Formula. -Stuffed animals (unless they are licensed character or interactive, -Items that are stained, torn or excessively worn. -Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts. -Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc). -Breast pumps. -Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers. -Bedding comforter/sets of any size -Adult Clothing (Maternity ok of course!) - Formal dresses or Prom dresses. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lana's standards (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions! Processors simply do not have the storage space or the capacity to return things to you. If unacceptable items exceed one 13 gallon trash bag a $25 excessive sorting fee will be applied to your account.

ARE THERE ITEMS LIMITS?

*Infant clothing items are limited to 50 hangers (moms love a good deal, so be sure to bundle!) per gender up to size 12 months. *Maternity items are limited to 25 hangers in current fashion.

HOW DO I DELIVER MY ITEMS TO MY PROCESSOR?

Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned. Please use boxes or bags to deliver your items. Clothing must be either flat or folded. Otherwise they will be not accepted. Providing hangers for clothing is not required however it is an appreciated!

HOW DO I GET MY PRE-SALE SHOPPING PASS?

You will receive your shopping passes via email once your processor has completed your items.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ITEMS THAT DON'T SELL?

Your VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day.

HOW DO I GET MY CHECK?

Confirm that your email address is correct in your consignor account. E-Checks are used by Deluxe Systems and will be delivered to your email at the conclusion of the event.
