Do you have an Item limit for consignors?

In order to keep our inventory high-end and of the highest quality, we are limiting consignors to 250 items per consignor code. Please carefully check over your items and bring ONLY YOUR BEST! Clothing items pinned to one hanger is considered one item. **If you have more than 250 items in EXCELLENT condition, you may open up an additional consignor code. Each code will be subject to the $11 consignor fee.

What are my options regarding printing barcode labels?

We have several options you may choose.

  • Print your barcode labels at home using a COLOR PRINTER. Follow the directions CAREFULLY that appear after you enter your items. (Highly recommend)
  • Utilize one of our free label pick up appointments closer to the event date
  • Have your labels mailed to you for a small fee added to your account.
  • Pick up labels during drop off days and label in-store

    Can I use wire hangers?

    No, we do not accept items hung on wire or metal hangers. Please use children's plastic hangers for sizes 7 and below and use larger (adult size) plastic hangers for sizes 8 and above.

    Should I iron my clothes?

    Yes, wrinkled clothes do not sell! We will likely send them home with you if they are extremely wrinkled. Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, Presentation is a huge factor in selling gently used items!

    Can I enter additional batches?

    Absolutely, View your batches as a file folder within your household. There will not be any additional charges for multiple batches.

    I don't smoke, but my family member does, what if there is a small amount of smoke odor in my children's clothing that I am bringing to sell?

    We are not able to accept ANY items that has odor of any kind. Odor spreads. We must be sensitive to children and families with allergies and we absolutely cannot sell any items with smoke odor, pet odor, or any other kind of odor. Clothing with pet hair is also not acceptable.

    Where do unsold items go?

    We are thrilled to be partnered with local foster families and other children non-profit organizations to pick up any unsold items that you do not wish to pick back up.
